We are excited to share that our method validation has been published in ACS Omega.

In this study, Lucia Parráková and Cornelia Karg developed and validated a rapid and cost-effective HPLC–UV/fluorescence method for the simultaneous measurement of tryptophan, kynurenine, phenylalanine, and tyrosine in human plasma and serum. 🧪

The method shows high sensitivity, strong reproducibility, and excellent recovery, providing a practical alternative to LC–MS/MS for routine biomarker studies and diagnostics related to inflammation and neurotransmitter metabolism.
