Lucia first joined my lab as an Erasmus+ fellow, and it was a pleasure to see her grow from an enthusiastic visiting researcher into a dedicated PhD student. Her doctoral work advanced our understanding of in vitro models for investigating airborne chemicals, contributing meaningful insights to the field.
